The Cecil Aiport in Jacksonville, Florida has contracted Well Bilt Industries to provide brand new rolling hangar doors.
The hangar that we will be installing these hangar door systems will be the Cecil Shockwave New Boeing Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Facility. This hangar was designed by Pond & Company of Jacksonville, FL, and was built by the Haskell Company.
We will be installing four (4) sets of bypassing (rolling) hangar door systems. Each system will consist of two (2) panels on two tracks with hangar door leaves.
Four (4) Zeus 200 Series Operators build by Well Bilt Industries will supply the power to operate these hangar doors.
At Well Bilt Industries, all of our hangar door systems are built to handle the toughest weather conditions. These rolling doors can withstand wind speeds up to 132 miles per hour.
To keep dirt and debris from getting into the hangar, all panels will be sealed with brush and weather seals on the top tacks and bottom sections, as well as a vertical weather seals, provided by Well Bilt Industries.
