Well Bilt Industries is pleased to announce that we were contracted by The Austin Company to supply and install new aircraft hangar doors for the new paint facility for Embraer, as well as their Aircraft Delivery Center. This project is another example of how Well Bilt Industries USA has answered the needs of the general contractor. In the first phase another door supplier failed to deliver the doors timely and subjected the contractor to time delays and embarrassment. Well Bilt’s roots are backed by over 30 years in the contracting business so it is important to us to honor our word and deliver in a timely manner.
This project consisted of two Floating Hangar Door Systems, one 188 feet wide by 27 feet tall, and the other measuring 150 feet wide x 27 feet tall. The doors were installed in a conventional building structure comprised of tilt wall concrete. “We committed to designing a door that went up fast and had the strength to handle the hurricane force winds of the region. This not only allowed the project to be delivered on time but it assures future business from Melbourne and Austin for performing as advertised!” says Mark MacDonald, Vice president and co – owner of Well Bilt.
When it comes to Floating Hangar Doors, Well Bilt was the pioneer of the system. Along with Well Bilt’s patented Rolling Hangar Door Operators, we have spent years designing the best doors with unheard of value.
Well Bilt Industries USA has a full line of hangar doors they manufacture in Williston, Florida. Including Hydraulic Hangar Doors and Bi-fold Hangar Doors. Well Bilt Industries USA has been building hangar doors for over thirty years and we intend on continuing the commitment to quality and expanding our network of dealers and installers across the nation.
