Sales Representative

Well Bilt Industries USA, LLC, is a fast-growing mix-mode manufacturer seeking an individual who enjoys interacting with people while selling our products and services and representing our brand. Responsibilities of a sales representative would include identifying a customer’s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring clients have a positive experience from start to finish. Applicants must be willing to create and chase leads, willing to learn, be capable of handling diverse responsibilities, and have backbone with construction experience. Detailed Information

HOURS: Monday – Friday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

COMPENSATION: Base salary is commensurate with experience and performance-driven based on your sales. Full-time; health insurance available after 90 days.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Possess a business-related Bachelors Degree.
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and be familiar using a CRM.
  • Prior customer support/sales experience with good personal skills and willing to cold call clients.
  • Able to work autonomously with strong organizational skills, and enjoys a fast-moving environment.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Mechanical/parts/technical experience is a plus.
  • Experience using an ERP System is a plus.


  • Selling products or services to customers. This can include asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, giving demos or presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, social media, and site visits.
  • Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value. 
  • Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time. 
  • Participating in company meetings with other teams and managers.
